About Us
LOUNA Mobile Bathrooms began when Shelley, the Occupational Therapist behind the product, recognised a lack of support options available for people (mostly with mobility issues) with in-accessible bathrooms in their homes.
Shelley and her husband Eldon, a qualified and experienced builder, set about designing a bathroom that could be used as a temporary piece of equipment for people who need a wheelchair accessible bathroom. They wanted to provide an affordable option for people who needed support with showering and toileting in their own home.
